Osnova ID

One identity. Project-specific access.

Osnova ID is the sign-in service for Osnova administration and participating downstream projects. Project administrators invite an email address and assign a role. A sign-in page may use the downstream project's domain and visual identity while Osnova ID checks its credentials and permissions.

How you sign in

An invited user can use a personal email-bound key followed by an emailed confirmation code, an approved Google account, or an emailed sign-in code where enabled. Google sign-in verifies basic account identity; it does not request access to the user's Gmail messages or Google Drive files. A successful session normally lasts seven days in that browser unless closed or revoked earlier.

Identity is not permission

Signing in does not grant access to every Osnova project. Each project controls its email membership, available sign-in methods and roles. Connected private APIs must enforce those permissions on the server. A login page alone does not protect an unrelated business API or turn a preview website into a working commerce system.

Email communication

Osnova ID sends invitations, verification codes and session-start notices from id@osnova.ai. Notices identify the relevant project and show the session time. This sender uses an authorized Google Workspace mailbox separately from the basic Google-account sign-in flow. If an unexpected notice arrives, contact us to investigate and revoke access.
